The hotel's location was a game, changer for our weekend city break! It was only a few minutes' walk to the main attraction and surrounded by great restaurants. We also appreciated the spacious room and helpful staff. the fact that they were able to accommodate an early check, in was a bonus!

Communication was a bit of an issue, as the check, in and check, out times weren't clear. We arrived for our scheduled time but were told to come back later, which was a bit frustrating.

Very good service. Hotel owner was very helpful and drove us to nearby destinations when we had difficulty taking cabs.

The location of the hotel is convenient due to its close proximity to the theme park. The staff was polite and helpful, and there was daily housecleaning, which was a plus. The room was spacious, and daily breakfast was included.

The overall smell of the room was unpleasant, and there seemed to be a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. the toilet did not work properly, which was quite inconvenient.

The location was great for a weekend at Everland. Within walking distance or a ton of great places to eat. Mostly Korean, but had a chicken shack and a few bars as well. Quick/cheap taxi to an from Everland/Waterpark.

Nothing really except for the lack of security. The door were very cheap. I could of kicked it in if I wanted. In a safe area though.
